Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Acacia Hair Salon, we value our time and the time of our stylists. When an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice, it prevents us from offering that time to another guest.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policy:

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the day of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

At certain times, and throughout the month of December, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure all appointments. This fee will be applied toward your service and is forfeited if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled outside of the policy terms.
